Managed Service Provider (MSP) in combination with an Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) is one thing we wanted to accomplish. As one company cannot deliver both we teamed with a partner that overtakes the MSP part and we at Zettasecure are doing the MSSP part. So we are separating those things and limit the security impact for our customers in case of a hack. Most of the time MSPs are stating that they are doing Security as well, but there is the catch - It's not possible to do both parts as there are always some conflicts of interest.

We at Zettasecure are offering full service contracts for all parts of your IT. By limiting the ability of one company (we don't need adminrights everywhere as well as the MSP) we can reduce the impact of a successful cyberattack on your company.

We have seen that legacy MSPs are unable to offer security services like they should. Mostly they install an EDR and state that the customer is secure. But that's not the case. There is a need to constantly monitor all systems and clear incidents with the knowledge of someone who focuses only on such a service.
